BEAUTY PENS: AN INNOVATIVE, PREMIUM AND ECO-FRIENDLY FORMAT

To support the development of innovative, concentrated, hybrid formulations that combine skincare and color in the beauty industry, we have developed a new format: Beauty Pens, ultra-customizable beauty pens suitable for solid and liquid formulas, available with a push button or twist mechanism. These new formats offer brands: a premium user experience with aluminum packaging and high-end gestures, a refillable and recyclable design with a single-material cartridge, infinite customization freedom with multiple choices of applicators, decorations, and finishes.

EVERLAST: RECYCLED & REFILLABLE LIPSTICKS

Drawing on our expertise in lipstick, we have launched “Everlast,” a complete range of refillable, single-material products. With a wide range of shapes, diameters, and technical options, available in materials offering the most advanced recycling channels (aluminum, PET, PP), it also incorporates recycled material. Our range of decoration and finishing techniques allows brands to create their own signature look and offer their market unique, premium, and sustainable products.

PURE METAL

Because luxury has to be sustainable, we’ve developed the Pure Metal range, a set of “full aluminum” packaging solutions that combine the premium look of aluminum with the recyclability benefits of this material, in already well-established channels for sticks, compacts, and closures. The multiple in-house decoration and finishing processes we offer will enable brands to create a signature that is both unique and sustainable.

LOW VOC VARNISHES FOR RESPONSIBLE DESIGNS

For the decoration and customization of our products, we work with solutions that use less impactful, water-based varnishes with a reduced solvent content, applicable to all our plastic and aluminum materials. These coatings are validated by a complete battery of tests and are compatible with the most demanding formulas on the market. The range of effects available is constantly expanding, allowing brands to replace their existing designs with identical ones or to work on new projects with endless creative possibilities.

COMBINING ALUMINUM & GLASS FOR PREMIUM, SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

To combine premium positioning, sustainability, and availability, Axilone has partnered with Verescence to develop standard packaging solutions in its Pure Metal range, dedicated to liquid formulas and skincare, exclusively in aluminum and glass. The Kali glass bottle combines with our full-aluminum tops and a wide range of applicators, including flocked, silicone, and aluminum options, while our range of 100% aluminum screw caps completes the Penelope 30/50/100ml jars. These products are fully recyclable, incorporate recycled materials, and offer endless customization options.

REDUCING THE MAGNETS CARBON FOOTPRINT, ICONIC COMPONENTS OF LUXURY PACKAGING

How can we reduce the environmental footprint of magnets, while preserving their functionality? We have developed packaging solutions incorporating magnets made from 100% PCR rare earths, enabling a 40% overall reduction in the carbon footprint of magnets, while maintaining their functional properties and iconic sound signature. As part of our long-standing partnership with Parfums Dior, these magnets are used on the Sauvage 60 & 200ml caps.

AXILONE & EASTMAN: ONE STEP CLOSER TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE BEAUTY!

Our common goal? Ever more sustainable packaging options without compromising on aesthetics and customization. The latest addition to the Eastman Renew Solutions resin range, Cristal™ One Renew IM812 is fully compatible with existing recycling processes in Europe for PET bottles (RIC1), has Recyclass recyclability certification, and can be made from up to 100% certified recycled content. Combined with our proven expertise in plastic injection molding, this material can be used to produce thick-walled closures and packaging for premium beauty products with very high transparency and brilliance.

Axilone presents its “Fancy Color Diamond” effect, a premium finish inspired by jewelry, developed using a double anodizing process, allowing:​ a unique visual effect, with a realistic diamond effect, available on all types of packaging (lipsticks, cases, bottles).​
