Focus on social initiatives

CHINESE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

The Chinese New Year is an opportunity for Axilone Asia
employees from all sites and workshops to get together for a
festive evening, with artistic performances, traditional dances
and the big tombola. Many of the winners take to the stage, with prizes presented by company management.

HAPPY DAYS

Twice a year, before Christmas and the summer vacations, Axilone Metal teams organize a festive evening on the site forecourt. It is a way of looking back over the past year, strengthening links between teams, exchanging ideas in an informal and convivial atmosphere, and wishing each other happy vacations. 

Every year, more than 250 people get together to celebrate.

AN INTERNATIONAL RUNNING TEAM

Since 2022, Axilone is sponsoring its European teams to take
part in the Paris Marathon. Teams from Brittany and Catalonia
trained for several months to take up a challenge that was as
individual as it was collective. Proudly, our 18 runners reached
their goal and crossed the finish line, completing the legendary 42.195 km. A great achievement!

OPEN HOUSE DAYS

Axilone Plastique organizes “Open House Days” on a regular basis, to welcome employees and their families and show them around the business, their daily lives and their working environment. 

In 2023, 150 friends and family of employees visited our plants.
